
Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsps chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- ¼ cup sour cream (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F in advance.
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin, even fries.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

- Transfer the partially cooked sweet potato fries to your SENSARTE Detachable Handle Nonstick Frying Pan. Bake in the preheated oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the fries are crispy and fully cooked.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the hot fries and return them to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the fries from the oven and let them cool slightly. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
