Recipe of Crab & Bacon Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsps milk
  • imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 4 tbsps butter, softened
  • 2 slices toast
  • 3 slices bacon
  • fresh lettuce leaves
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsps fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • optional toppings: ketchup, mayonnaise

Instructions:

  • Heat your SENSARTE Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, flipping occasionally.
  • Once done, remove the bacon and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat the same SENSARTE skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of butter.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, stirring occasionally until soft, scrambled eggs form.
  • Stir in the shredded imitation crab meat and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the crab to heat through. Remove from heat.
  • Spread the remaining butter evenly on both sides of the bread slices. Toast the bread in the skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
  • On one slice of toasted bread, layer the fresh lettuce leaves. Add the scrambled egg and crab mixture on top of the lettuce.
  • Place the crispy bacon slices over the eggs, followed by the slice of cheddar cheese. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the sandwich filling for extra flavor. Finish by placing the second slice of toast on top.
  • For an extra kick, add a drizzle of ketchup or a spread of mayonnaise on the toast before assembling.
