Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 2 black tea bags
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tbsps cocoa powder
- 2 tbsps granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- whipped cream for garnish
- chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions:
- Pour 2 cups of water into your Sensarte Nonstick Detachable Handle Frying Pan and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once the water is boiling, remove the frying pan from the heat and add the black tea bags. Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength. After steeping, remove the tea bags.
- In a separate Sensarte Nonstick Sauce Pan, add the whole milk and heat over medium heat until it begins to steam. Do not let it boil.
- In a small bowl, combine the cocoa powder and granulated sugar. Gradually whisk in a small amount of the hot milk to create a smooth paste, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Slowly add the cocoa-sugar paste back into the remaining hot milk, stirring continuously to ensure it is well incorporated.
- Pour the brewed black tea into the milk mixture, stirring gently to combine. Add the vanilla extract and continue to stir until the mixture is heated through.
- Pour the Chocolate Black Tea Latte into your favorite mugs. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings for an extra indulgent touch. Enjoy!
