Recipe of Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
- ½ cup diced onions
- ½ cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage or bacon
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 large flour tortillas
- salsa, sour cream, and avocado slices for serving
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Dice the bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. Then cook and crumble the sausage or bacon.
- Heat your Sensarte Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet over medium heat.
- Add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the diced bell peppers and onions.
- Sauté the vegetables until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the cooked sausage or bacon to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet with the vegetables and meat.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and stir occasionally until the eggs are fully cooked and scrambled, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the scrambled eggs and stir until the cheese is melted and well incorporated.
- Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on your Sensarte Nonstick Crepe Pan until they are pliable.
- Place a generous portion of the scrambled egg mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with diced tomatoes and chopped cilantro.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll them up from the bottom to the top, securing all the filling inside.
- If desired, lightly brown the rolled burritos in the Sensarte Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side to crisp up the tortillas.
- Serve the breakfast burritos with salsa, sour cream, and avocado slices on the side. Enjoy!
